Who we are
The Offshore Development Centre for makepositive was started in 2012 as a Centre of Excellence to focus on innovation and products. Soon after, it transitioned into a complete development centre with dedicated teams focusing on delivery (projects), managed services, QA and product development. As of July 2018, we are a growing team of over 60 based out of Gurugram, with experts including Salesforce Implementation Consultants, Technical Consultants, Technical Architects and Test Analysts. We specialise in the design, implementation and maintenance of all Salesforce clouds and products including CPQ, FSL, Marketing Cloud and Non-Profit Bundles.
Globally, we are the winner of the Salesforce Partner Award for Innovation (not once, but twice!) and Salesforce Winning With Partners Success Story for EMEA 2017. Our 150+ strong practice have delivered over 1000 projects over the last 15 years. Proven, deep and accredited knowledge across the entire Salesforce platform, we are the largest, most certified and award winning Salesforce consultancy in the UK region. We pride ourselves about our CSAT of 9.68, which is amongst the highest in our industry.
