San Francisco, 6th, November, 2017 – makepositive announced that it has enabled O3b Networks – now part of SES Networks — to improve business efficiency by customising its Salesforce platform to better suit its customers’ needs.
SES Networks is a global managed data service provider that delivers connectivity and high-performance services. To meet the exponential growth of the company’s business, SES Networks required additional help customising the Salesforce platform so that its unique business requirements could be met. Specifically this required utilising Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community cloud, CPQ, Pardot, Wave and precursive (ISV) – services that makepositive was able to help with.
For this innovative work, makepositive has been named a recipient of the Salesforce Partner Innovation Award in the communications category. The award was presented at Dreamforce 2017, the most inspiring technology event of the year and the world’s largest gathering of Trailblazers.
makepositive introduced substantial improvements to the SES Network’s NOC (Network Operations Centre, Manassas) Service Cloud capability through Event Management upgrades and ongoing Salesforce support, resulting in increased self-sufficiencies within the client’s organization.
“Thanks to makepositive’s dedicated team and their thorough understanding of our business, we have improved our systems tremendously and have achieved in 10 months what for some other companies would have taken three years. The simplicity of our back office system now has enabled us to focus on what really matters – providing network services to our customers,” said Mary Hooft, Director Salesforce Lifecycle at SES Networks.
