We are extremely proud to announce that we have been named Leaders in three out of the six quadrants covered in the ISG Provider Lens™ – Salesforce Ecosystem Partners study.
The ISG Provider Lens™ 2023 – Salesforce Ecosystem Partners analyses the relevant
service providers in the regional market, based on a multi-phased research and analysis process, and positions these providers based on the ISG Research methodology.
In this study, ISG pre-selected Salesforce ecosystem partners based on eligibility; they considered companies with dedicated Salesforce-related headcount permanently based in the UK. Through several stages of selection, they narrowed it to a short list of 45 Salesforce partners, which fall in at least one of the six quadrants analysed.
Leaders have a comprehensive product and service offering, a strong market presence and established competitive position. The product portfolios and competitive strategies of Leaders are strongly positioned to win business in the markets covered by the study. The Leaders also represent innovative strength and competitive stability.
Makepositive achieved ‘Leader’ status in the ‘Implementation Services for Core Cloud’, ‘Implementation Services for Marketing Automation’ and ‘Managed Application Services’ quadrants.
Implementation Services for Core Clouds Midmarket
This quadrant assesses providers specialising in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Community Cloud and delivering to midsize and small clients.
