Having been in Dynamics CRM since 2006, I decided to move over to The Other Side which is salesforce.com in 2014. I have found the transition relatively smooth and that the concepts and principals are pretty much the same, even if the underlying technology is different. I've worked on some interesting projects, from different industry sectors including charities (like the one with the red nose!) as well as football clubs (with good looking fit guys) and so I believe I understand people and technology, and how to make them work. I love writing and will be blogging about project management and organisational behavior and change.
